The premier publication of the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA), Automotive Recycling Magazine, was honored at the 2017 Niche Media Conference for Publishing with “2017 Best Association Magazine.” The award was judged on criteria that included, “best-in-class publications that exceed expectations, perfectly suit their associations, and deliver high-quality content, great design, content perfectly targeted for the association’s niche, digital/mobile/video integration, a deep involvement with the niche audience through events, and user-generated content,” according to the presenters.
This year’s awards had more entrants than in any year prior and the judges were hugely impressed with the quality, creativity, and variety represented. In awarding Automotive Recycling Magazine the top honor, the judges said they were ” very impressed with Automotive Recycling’s quality editorial and straight-ahead presentation format that gives your readers actionable insights into their business.”
“Automotive Recycling is one of ARA’s most popular member benefits because automotive recyclers recognize it is such a valuable resource to help them make smart and insightful decisions for the advancement of their business and the industry,” said ARA CEO Michael E. Wilson.
“It is a great honor to have such recognition amongst the leading publishers of association magazines,” said Caryn Smith, Editor of Automotive Recycling Magazine. “ARA is a vibrant association working hard for the advancement of its members and the industry, which is reflected in the content. It is a collaborative effort between the ARA, the writers, advertisers, and the publishing team and our goal is to tell the full automotive recycling story in order to provide readers with quality content, presented in an interesting design.”
